Job Description
Multifamily Superintendent A well-established General Contractor with a strong backlog of multifamily construction projects is seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to join their team. This position is responsible for leading day-to-day field operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Superintendent Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day field operations for multifamily construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Manage project schedules and ensure work is progressing according to plan Coordinate sequencing and scheduling between multiple trades Review plans, specifications, and project documents for accuracy and constructability Monitor quality control and ensure work meets project specifications Enforce company and OSHA safety standards on the jobsite Conduct regular jobsite meetings and communicate project expectations Identify potential schedule, quality, and field issues and develop solutions Coordinate inspections and ensure projects remain on track for milestones Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and project documentation Work closely with the Project Manager and project team to successfully deliver the project Manage punch list and closeout activities Superintendent Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction experience Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred Proven experience managing field operations on ground-up construction projects Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and multiple trades Strong scheduling, communication, and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Strong understanding of jobsite safety and quality control OSHA certification is a plus Procore or other construction software experience is a plus What This Opportunity Offers Competitive salary Strong benefits package Profit sharing Stable pipeline of multifamily projects Long-term career growth Established and financially stable company Collaborative team environment Apply Today For confidential consideration, send your resume to lindsay.fitzpatrick@gogpac.com or contact Lindsay Fitzpatrick at 605-403-5147 via call or text.
