What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience in: Tent installation, construction, or live event production Strong understanding of site logistics and physical build processes Ability to manage crews and maintain morale during long days Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Valid driver's license and DOT Physical Card (CDL a plus but not mandatory) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
