Job Description

Divison Manager Salary:
$62,000/yr
Location:
Newark, DE What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned homes, ensuring compliance with Agency and regulatory standards through regular scheduled/unscheduled site visits and audits Coordinate and develop Individual Plans (IPs), serving as the main point of contact for individuals served and their care teams Maintain accurate records in the Client Profile System (CPS) and ensure timely documentation Review timesheets, monitor budgets, and manage Individual Maintenance Allowances Ensure health and safety compliance, including timely incident reporting and emergency response Supervise House Managers and indirectly oversee direct support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Participate in hiring, admissions/transfers, and staff meetings Ensure fundamental rights compliance (HRASC) and support corrective action plans as needed Assume on-call responsibilities and other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For Education:
Bachelor's degree in education, human services, psychology, social sciences, or related field strongly preferred
Experience:
2 years managing multiple residential sites; 2 years supervisory experience; 2 years working with individuals with intellectual disabilities Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required Equivalent combinations of education/experience may be considered What's in it for you?
