Qualifications & Experience:

Active Delaware Physical Therapist license required Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred Willingness to provide physical therapy onsite and assist homebound students Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing caseloads throughout the academic year Submission of an updated resume is required for presentation

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to students within a school building Provide tailored services to medically homebound students, supporting their academic participation and mobility needs Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff and families Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student care Travel within the district as needed to support a fluctuating caseload This rewarding position spans the 2026-2027 school year, starting August 25, 2026, and concluding June 8, 2027.
