Job Description ChristianaCare seeks a Site Manager for Supportive & Palliative Care to lead daily operations and an interdisciplinary team delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. In this on-site role, you will oversee workflows, staffing, and quality metrics; ensure regulatory compliance; and partner with clinical leaders to advance innovative, evidence-based palliative and supportive care. You'll foster a culture of excellence, equity, and continuous learning while supporting staff development and contributing to program growth that improves quality of life for patients and families. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Supportive & Palliative Care site Lead and support an interdisciplinary clinical team Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered palliative and supportive care Monitor and improve workflows, quality metrics, and patient experience Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance Collaborate with physicians, nursing, social work, and community partners Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation Support staff onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback Partner in program development, innovation, and process improvement Manage budgets and contribute to strategic planning initiatives Required Skills Healthcare operations management Palliative care program management Regulatory and accreditation compliance Budgeting and resource management Quality improvement and metrics tracking Interdisciplinary team leadership Staff scheduling and workforce planning Electronic health record (EHR) systems Data analysis and reporting Change and process improvement
