Job Description The Production Worker handles finished goods and supports production operations to ensure products are palletized, wrapped, staged, and organized according to quality and shipping standards. This role loads and unloads materials, performs basic equipment setup and adjustments, monitors machine interfaces, and responds to routine operational issues to maintain steady output and meet productivity goals. The Production Worker follows all safety, security, and housekeeping guidelines while contributing to a clean, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Prepare and organize finished products in accordance with established guidelines and shipping standards. Identify and verify product labeling to ensure accuracy and proper routing. Palletize finished goods appropriately and coordinate the movement of materials to designated finish areas. Verify correct materials for production runs and load or unload materials to and from assigned equipment. Perform basic equipment setup and adjustments, including monitoring machine interfaces and controls. Troubleshoot routine operational issues, respond to alarms or indicator lights, and clear material jams as needed. Monitor quality, productivity, and output to support production targets. Follow safety, security, and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Support internal and external audit activities by completing assigned tasks, providing information, and maintaining required documentation. Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall production operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience using forklifts or other material handling equipment is beneficial. Ability to communicate effectively in English is preferred. Comfort working with automated production equipment and systems.
