We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team and oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff. Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, permits, inspections, and schedules Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and submittals Prepare and track budgets, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation Monitor project progress to ensure schedule, quality, and budget goals are met Conduct project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Work closely with field superintendents and office staff Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building requirements Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders Manage project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management Experience working for a General Contractor preferred Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and processes Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and email communication Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience Experience with restaurant, retail, office, medical, or tenant improvement projects Knowledge of South Florida permitting and inspections process Experience with Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, or similar software is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Paid vacation and holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and team-oriented work environment
