Build ultra-luxury custom homes in Broward/WPB Up to $150K + fully paid healthcare About Our Client Our client is a well-established luxury residential builder with decades of experience delivering custom waterfront estates and large-scale residential projects across South Florida. The company has a strong reputation for craftsmanship, long-term client relationships, and a commitment to building quality over volume. Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day field operations on luxury custom home projects
- Manage ground-up construction and major residential renovation projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules
- Ensure work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

- 7+ years of Superintendent experience in luxury residential construction
- Experience building custom homes of 10,000+ square feet required
- Proven background delivering both ground-up and renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, craftsmanship, and construction sequencing
- Stable work history with strong tenure and local Broward County market knowledge What's on
Offer Salary:
