• Oversee day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and project quality standards
• Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants
• Drive project milestones while maintaining budget and schedule objectives

• Proven Superintendent experience on commercial, hospitality, or luxury projects
• Country club project experience preferred
• Strong tenure with reputable general contractors
• Ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multiple stakeholders

Offer Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 + bonus + benefits
