Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant Security Site Supervisor to lead our security operations at a high-profile gated community. In this role, you will oversee the safety and security of the premises, coordinate security personnel, and ensure compliance with all security protocols. Your proactive approach will help maintain a secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets. Duties Supervise and coordinate security staff to ensure consistent enforcement of security procedures and policies Conduct regular patrols of the site using surveillance equipment and physical inspections to deter unauthorized access or activity Manage access control systems, verify identities, and perform background checks on visitors or contractors as needed Respond swiftly to incidents by executing emergency response procedures, including fire safety, medical emergencies, or security breaches Write detailed incident reports documenting any irregularities, safety hazards, or security breaches for review and follow-up Perform surveillance activities using CCTV cameras and other monitoring systems to identify potential threats or suspicious behavior Oversee conflict de-escalation efforts and manage difficult situations with professionalism and tact Skills Extensive knowledge of physical security measures, surveillance technology, and access control systems Experience in law enforcement, military, or private security roles with a focus on incident management and emergency response Ability to perform first aid, CPR, AED operation, and handle emergency medical situations confidently Skilled in conflict management techniques such as Taser use and verbal de-escalation strategies Strong understanding of compliance with security regulations and legal standards governing private security operations Capable of heavy lifting and manual handling tasks necessary for patrolling or securing equipment Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff, visitors, and contractors while maintaining authority This role is vital in safeguarding our facilities through vigilant supervision, quick response capabilities, and adherence to all safety protocols.
