Builders Specialty Contractors is looking for an experienced, organized, and dependable Production Manager to join our team in Boynton Beach, Florida. This is a full-time, in-person position , Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM . The Production Manager will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and production of specialty construction installations throughout South Florida. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Responsibilities Coordinate installation schedules with owners, builders, general contractors, and other project contacts Schedule installation crews for projects at various construction sites and residences throughout South Florida Monitor project schedules and make adjustments as needed to keep installations on track Coordinate with builders and general contractors regarding site readiness and installation dates Ensure all required materials have been ordered, received, inspected, and are ready for installation before scheduling crews Track material procurement and identify potential delays before they impact the schedule Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding material availability and delivery Communicate installation schedules and changes clearly to field personnel and customers Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accurate records and schedules Follow up on outstanding items and ensure projects move efficiently from material procurement through installation and completion Work closely with management and field personnel to resolve scheduling, material, and job-site issues Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when dealing with builders, contractors, homeowners, and vendors Qualifications Previous experience in construction, production management, project coordination, scheduling, or a related field Experience working with builders, general contractors, subcontractors, or construction trades preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to anticipate problems and address them before they affect production Proficiency with computers, email, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Construction industry experience is strongly preferred What We Offer Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM In-person position in Boynton Beach, Florida Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid vacation Paid holidays Stable, full-time employment with an established specialty contractor The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, proactive, dependable, and comfortable communicating with people at all levels of a construction project .
