President Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the construction team
• Oversee all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion
• Manage subcontractors and ensure high-quality work on projects
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize construction processes

President Essential Job Functions:

• Extensive experience in leadership of a sub-contracting company
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and best practices

• 10+ years of experience in leadership of a sub-contracting company
