Cleaning Operations Supervisor Full-time

• Company car can be provided About the role You'll oversee several cleaning teams across a group of client facilities in Volusia County. You will responsible for coaching your people, catching quality issues before clients ever notice them, and keeping every site running smoothly. If you like being out in the field, solving problems on the spot, and help building teams that take pride in their work, this one's for you. What you'll do Inspect facilities, report findings, and make sure fixes actually stick Coach your teams, review performance, and keep safety front and center Recommend staffing and schedule changes Step in to cover essential cleaning roles when needed What we're looking for 1+ year in the janitorial industry High school diploma or GED 21+, valid driver's license, clean MVR Strong communicator who's comfortable with people Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems Self-starter who hits deadlines without being chased
