Job Description
Construction superintendent duties and responsibilities 1.
Requirement:
At least five (5) years construction superintendent experience. 2. Coordinate municipal inspections and materials and equipment deliveries with vendors and manage subcontractors. 3. Develop overall project and weekly work schedules for workers and subcontractors for submission to Project Manager. 4. Maintain a daily log for the job site's operations, including personnel and equipment. 5. Conduct daily site inspections for quality assurance (QA). 6. Perform safety checks to reduce the risk of workplace accidents and injuries. 7. Update Project Manager about site progress. 8. Remain informed about the latest building codes and construction safety standards.Health Insurance Pay:
