+ Full Benefits Our client is a well-established General Contractor headquartered in Hollywood, Florida , with a strong reputation for delivering a diverse portfolio of commercial and multifamily construction projects throughout South Florida . They are seeking a Director of Preconstruction to lead all preconstruction, estimating, permitting, and business development efforts while managing a high-performing team and driving successful project pursuits. Key Responsibilities Lead the full preconstruction process from pursuit through project turnover Oversee estimating, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, and risk analysis Manage permitting, consultant coordination, RFIs, and preconstruction documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Drive business development efforts, proposal preparation, and client presentations Mentor and lead the Preconstruction team while managing department performance and budgets Qualifications 10+ years of preconstruction, estimating, or construction management experience with a General Contractor Experience on commercial and/or multifamily construction projects Proven leadership and client-facing experience Strong understanding of estimating, project planning, and construction operations What's Offered $180,000 - $220,000 base salary Benefits Full Health, Vision, Dental benefits 401k match Bonus For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
