Job Description

Valet Garage Supervisor Location:
Memorial Regional Hospital - Hollywood, FL Fusion Parking is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Valet Supervisor to oversee daily valet operations at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, FL. The Supervisor is responsible for leading front-line staff, maintaining safe and efficient vehicle flow, enforcing operating procedures, responding to guest and staff concerns, and ensuring that Fusion Parking service and accountability standards are consistently met throughout the shift. Key Responsibilities Lead, direct, and support all staff during assigned shifts. Assign staff positions and adjust deployment throughout the shift based on traffic volume, wait times, staffing levels, and operational needs. Monitor vehicle intake, key control, staging, parking, retrieval, and guest handoff procedures for accuracy and compliance. Ensure safe driving practices, traffic-control procedures, and hospital-site safety requirements are followed at all times. Use valet operating systems and reports to monitor vehicle status, staffing activity, productivity, wait times, and operational issues. Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, vehicle discrepancies, incidents, accidents, damage claims, and service-recovery situations. Complete shift documentation, incident reports, staffing records, and other required operational reporting accurately and on time. Coach employees on performance, customer service, safety, attendance, appearance, and adherence to Fusion Parking policies. Coordinate with hospital leadership and Fusion Parking management as needed to address operational priorities and escalated issues. Inspect the valet area, equipment, key-control stations, and workspaces to ensure they remain organized, secure, and ready for service. Qualifications Previous valet, parking, hospitality, transportation, or customer-service experience. Prior leadership, lead-worker, or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and resolve guest or employee issues professionally. Comfort using valet software, handheld devices, radios, and basic reporting tools. Preferred Skills Experience supervising a high-volume valet or parking operation. Experience in a hospital, healthcare, hotel, casino, or other high-service environment. Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, holidays, and varied shifts based on operational needs.
