Salary:
$5,000/month + gas allowance We are a home improvement company under Atlas Remodeling LLC that is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Field Manager to oversee subcontractor operations and ensure projects are running smoothly. This role requires someone proactive, organized, and comfortable working in the field on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit job sites regularly to check on subcontractors' progress and quality of work Ensure all work meets company standards, safety guidelines, and deadlines Report updates, issues, and progress to management Coordinate between subcontractors and the office to resolve on-site concerns Monitor project timelines and provide feedback for improvement Assist with material checks and ensure proper usage on job sites Maintain clear and professional communication with the team and subcontractors
Requirements:
Must have a reliable personal vehicle Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Prior experience in construction, roofing, windows/doors, or related fields preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once Can speak both

Competitive salary of $5,000/month + gas allowance Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding company Responsibilities Supervise and manage construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for effective project scheduling and tracking. Review contracts and manage project budgets, ensuring all financial aspects are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to OSHA regulations. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project. Prepare detailed reports on project status, including updates on scheduling, budgeting, and any issues that arise during construction. Train and supervise field staff, providing guidance on best practices in construction management. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of heavy civil projects. Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and tools such as HeavyBid. Experience using Bluebeam for document management and collaboration. Strong knowledge of project scheduling principles and tools like Primavera P6. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents effectively. Excellent management skills with experience supervising teams on construction sites. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to construction safety is essential. A background in pipeline construction is a plus but not mandatory.
