- Assist with daily field operations on ground-up multifamily projects
- Coordinate subcontractors and monitor project progress
- Support schedule execution and trade sequencing activities
- Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards on-site

- Experience on ground-up multifamily construction projects required
- Experience supporting projects with 100+ residential units
- Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and project phases
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and sequencing
- OSHA certification preferred What's on
