Job Description
Leading General Contractor with Ultra Luxury Homes Growth Opportunity with strong pipeline of projects for several years About Our Client Our client is a reputable General Contractor that builds Ultra Luxury Homes that are $30M in construction cost and above. Job Description Project Leadership Serve as the on-site leader responsible for overall project execution, quality, safety, schedule, and field coordination. Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and short-interval work plans. Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, architects, engineers, and owner representatives. Lead weekly coordination meetings and proactively identify and mitigate project risks. Ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with contract requirements. Quality Management Establish and enforce luxury-level construction quality standards across all phases of work. Conduct continuous inspections to ensure workmanship meets design intent and project specifications. Oversee mock-ups, material approvals, and installation sequencing for complex architectural features. Manage punch list processes and ensure flawless project turnover. Client & Design Team Coordination Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, interior designers, and consultants. Effectively communicate project status, milestones, challenges, and solutions. Support client-driven design changes while minimizing schedule and budget impacts. Represent the company with professionalism, discretion, and accountability. Schedule & Logistics Management Direct all project logistics in constrained and high-profile residential environments. Coordinate long-lead procurement activities and specialty installations. Manage sequencing of high-end finishes, specialty trades, and custom fabrication components. Monitor progress and implement recovery plans when necessary. Safety & Compliance Lead jobsite safety programs and enforce OSHA compliance. Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections. Ensure adherence to all local building codes, permit requirements, and environmental regulations. Maintain an organized, clean, and professional jobsite environment. Team Development Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, craftsmanship, and client service excellence. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and company leadership. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of Superintendent experience in high-end custom residential construction. Demonstrated success leading luxury residential projects valued at $20M+ , preferably in the $30M-$60M range . Extensive knowledge of custom estate construction, including: High-end concrete and structural systems Complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations Imported stone and specialty finishes Custom millwork and architectural metalwork Luxury pools, sitework, and landscape construction Smart home and integrated technology systems Strong understanding of construction sequencing and critical path scheduling. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design drawings. Proficient with construction management software and scheduling tools. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Preferred) OSHA 30 Must have experience with Luxury Homes in Miami-Dade County OSHA 30 certification.
