Must be familiar with all aspects of building components from site work to completion. Must be able to manage multiple projects. Must be familiar with necessary paperwork to include, but not limited to: master scheduling, 3-week look aheads, dailies, MSDS, & understand and maintain OSHA compliance. Should be familiar with basic computer skills, have great communication skills and be self-motivated with a positive attitude. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
