This is a hands-on position for someone who takes ownership of their projects, communicates well with homeowners and subcontractors, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion. You will coordinate subcontractors and vendors, monitor project schedules and budgets, maintain quality standards, communicate with clients, and help ensure every project is completed safely, professionally, and to the expectations of both VCI and our customers. Responsibilities Manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final completion Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and other project activities Maintain project schedules and communicate upcoming work and deadlines to the appropriate parties Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the construction process Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, building codes, and company standards Identify and resolve jobsite issues quickly and professionally Review completed work and coordinate punch-list items through final completion Hold subcontractors accountable for quality, schedule, professionalism, and scope of work Represent Veritas Construction professionally with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and other project partners Assist with estimating, pre-construction planning, material selection, and project setup as needed Continuously look for ways to improve project efficiency, customer experience, and company processes Skills Construction or remodeling experience Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing Strong project organization and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer-service skills Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to identify problems and develop practical solutions Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities Ability to hold subcontractors and project partners accountable while maintaining professional relationships Basic understanding of project budgets, costs, and change orders Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with homeowners Valid driver's license and reliable transportation About the Role This position is ideal for someone who wants more than simply a job in construction.
