We're looking for a proactive, organized, and safety-minded professional to oversee and coordinate all activities on our construction sites — from foundation to roof. - Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Field-based role (job sites in South Florida)
- Reports to the Operations Manager
- Work hard, be safe, and have fun Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities from foundation to roof, in accordance with project blueprints and specifications
- Coordinate daily with GCs, vendors, and site manpower
- Plan and coordinate with the Area and/or Labor Manager for all daily activities according to the work schedule
- Prepare daily reports, including daily photos of work in progress
- Plan and monitor all work activities and provide 2-week look-ahead schedules
- Perform quality control and safety checks; enforce all project safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Coordinate jobsite mobilization and demobilization
- Review drawings and project specifications; submit RFIs for review
- Operate equipment such as lull, excavator, bobcat, and man lift
- Provide on-site direction and resolve field issues as they arise
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in shell construction
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Computer proficiency (email, daily reporting, scheduling)
- Ability to complete tasks, meet expectations, collaborate, and problem-solve
- Ability to make decisions and lead teams on-site
- Valid driver's license Preferred Experience
- Experience with South Florida building codes and inspection processes
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Education
- No formal degree required; strong work ethic and relevant experience are most important Compensation & Benefits
