Job Description Insight Global is assisting a home developer client of outs in identifying an Assistant Project Manager for a permanent role they have. The Assistant Project Manager will support field and office operations for a major multifamily development. This role is suited for someone who thrives on coordination, organization, problem-solving, and keeping project momentum moving. You will work closely with PMs, superintendents, subcontractors, design teams, inspectors, and ownership. Key Responsibilities
  •  Support the Project Manager and field leadership from start to finish on ground-up multifamily construction.
  •  Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and reports.
  •  Manage submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and coordination with architects and engineers.
  •  Assist with procurement, scheduling, delivery tracking, and trade coordination.
  •  Track inspections, reporting, and jurisdictional communications.
  •  Support budget and change order documentation.
  •  Assist with punch lists, warranty documents, closeout packages, and turnover materials.
  •  Use project management tools (Procore or similar) to keep information updated and flowing.
  •  Ensure communication between office, field, subcontractors, and design teams remains clear and timely.

  • 2-7+ years of APM experience in a General Contracting Construction field (Experience with all trades and MEP, not just one)
  • Experience managing submittals, RFIs, logs, and closeout documentation.
  • Experience working in Florida construction markets
  • Experience with Multifamily Construction
  • Procore/Autodesk Experience
