Job Description
Commercial Construction SuperintendentWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure the successful execution of commercial construction projects throughout Florida. The Superintendent is responsible for coordinating daily jobsite activities, managing subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and delivering high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
This role serves as the primary on-site leader, collaborating closely with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The Superintendent will proactively identify and resolve field issues, conduct quality control inspections, and ensure compliance with all company policies, building codes, and safety regulations.
Successful candidates will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a proven track record managing commercial projects from groundbreaking through project closeout. Experience overseeing educational, industrial, medical, retail, office, or hospitality construction projects is preferred.
