We're growing, and we're looking for a Mechanical and Plumbing Project Manager who's ready to take charge of multi-million-dollar projects, mentor a talented team, and drive results that matter. What You'll Do:
Lead and manage multiple mechanical and plumbing construction projects, from kickoff to close-out. Supervise and mentor a team of Project Engineers. Review contracts, create budgets, develop schedules, and drive timely, on-budget delivery. Work with field teams to ensure quality, compliance, and safety. Build strong client relationships and represent CES in a business development capacity. Spearhead change orders, procurement, billing, and more - while always keeping the big picture in focus.
What You Bring:
5+ years in mechanical construction project management; 2.5+ in a supervisory role. Proven knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical piping. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. A drive to mentor others and elevate team performance. Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred (or equivalent experience). A valid Florida driver's license (and insurability). Why You'll Love Working at
