Industrial ground-up projects $30M+ Per diem, truck allowance, low turnover About Our Client Our client is a financially stable commercial construction firm with more than 30 years of experience delivering hospitality, multifamily, municipal, and industrial projects. The company has an established repeat client base, consistent annual growth, and a reputation for long-term employee retention. Job Description
  • Manage day-to-day field operations for industrial ground-up projects exceeding $30M
  • Lead project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics
  • Drive safety, quality control, and production goals on active jobsites
  • Coordinate with project management teams to maintain budget and schedule objectives

  • Experience as a Superintendent on industrial ground-up construction projects
  • Proven background delivering concrete tilt wall projects
  • Strong leadership skills managing subcontractors and field teams
  • Ability to travel throughout Central Florida as project needs require
  • Track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to quality standards What's on Offer $100,000 - $115,000 base salary + per diem + truck allowance
