Work Location 8082 Space Commerce Way, FL - Rocket Park (Rocket City), LOCATION-3-309 Merritt Island, FL 32953 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Field Superintendent to oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities. The Field Superintendent is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact between field crews, subcontractors, project management, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all day-to-day field operations and construction activities Supervise subcontractors, trade crews, and field personnel to ensure work aligns with project plans and specifications Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules; identify and resolve delays proactively Enforce all safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies Conduct daily site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to specifications Coordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, and resource allocation Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and documentation of site activities Collaborate with Project Managers on budgets, change orders, and scheduling Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and unforeseen challenges in a timely manner Ensure quality control standards are met through inspections and testing Communicate regularly with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors Manage punch lists and oversee project closeout activities
