Job Description Johnson Controls seeks a Healthcare Construction Project Executive to lead complex healthcare facility projects from opportunity through delivery. You will own client relationships, drive project strategy, and ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance. Partner with sales, engineering, and operations to develop proposals, manage contracts, and oversee construction execution. Guide cross-functional teams, champion compliance and risk management, and advance smart, sustainable building solutions in a collaborative, innovation-driven culture. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare construction projects Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk plans Own and grow strategic healthcare client relationships Collaborate with sales and engineering on bids and proposals Oversee contracts, change orders, and vendor performance Ensure strict compliance with safety, healthcare codes, and regulations Champion sustainable and smart-building solutions in projects Direct and mentor cross-functional project teams Required Skills Healthcare construction management Project planning and scheduling Budgeting and cost control Contract negotiation and management Risk management Stakeholder and client management Building codes and regulatory compliance Sustainability/LEED practices Team leadership and mentoring Construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
