Job Description
SSP is seeking a Team Lead to oversee field services crews delivering wireless and public-safety communication projects across the Los Angeles area. In this role, you'll coordinate daily FSW activities, ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and serve as the primary point of contact between field teams, engineering, and project management. You'll lead site walks, support equipment installation and testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and mentor technicians. This position offers hands-on work on mission-critical infrastructure with strong growth potential in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
