Naples, FL $26-$30/hour, based on demonstrated experience Full-time | Field-based | Regular travel to active Southwest Florida jobsites Position Summary Fire Consulting Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Field Supervisor to oversee field execution across multiple active commercial jobsites. FCS will train the selected candidate on our company-specific systems, standards, firestopping, and core drilling operations. We are not looking to teach someone how to supervise from the ground up. Responsibilities Supervise multiple active commercial jobsites and support Working Leads assigned to individual crews. Coordinate daily field priorities, manpower, job readiness, and sequencing. Confirm crews have the correct scope information, access, materials, tools, equipment, and documentation before work begins. Monitor productivity, workmanship, attendance, safety, and PPE compliance. Review plans, specifications, assemblies, and field documents as needed. Conduct field visits and quality checks. Identify scope conflicts, access issues, missing information, rework risk, inspection concerns, material shortages, and field delays early. Communicate with general contractors, site superintendents, inspectors, project personnel, office staff, and management. Review daily reports, photographs, quantities, timekeeping, and project documentation for completeness and accuracy. Train and develop Working Leads so they can run assigned crews effectively. Coordinate mobilization, punch-list work, closeout activities, and field follow-up. Escalate field issues to management with context and a recommended next step. Maintain strong standards for accountability, professionalism, documentation, quality, and safety. Required Qualifications Prior experience directly supervising field employees in commercial construction. Hands-on commercial construction experience. Strong understanding of jobsite workflow, sequencing, manpower, productivity, materials, tools, safety, and quality. Ability to manage multiple crews, jobsites, and priorities at the same time. Ability to read and work from construction plans, specifications, and field documentation. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using mobile apps and digital documentation systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Background Experience in one or more of the following is preferred: Firestopping Core drilling / concrete Fire protection Drywall / framing MEP Electrical Commercial interiors Specialty contracting Direct firestopping or core drilling experience is helpful, but strong commercial construction supervision experience is more important . Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. What Success Looks Like You know what is happening in the field before management has to discover it. Working Leads know their priorities and have what they need to execute. Problems are identified early instead of becoming emergencies. Crews are held accountable for productivity, quality, attendance, documentation, and safety. Management receives clear, accurate field information. Open issues are followed through to closure. Projects keep moving with fewer avoidable delays and surprises. Compensation $26.00-$30.00 per hour , based on demonstrated commercial construction and supervisory experience. Schedule Full-time. Early starts and regular travel to active commercial jobsites throughout Southwest Florida are required.
