Field Supervisor

Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Field Supervisor and lead the charge in managing construction projects with energy, precision, and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, coordinate teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high standards of quality. Your leadership will drive project success from planning through completion, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety, efficiency, and excellence. This paid position offers a unique opportunity to develop your management skills while contributing to impactful construction projects across diverse sectors. Duties Supervise and manage construction crews on-site, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications Coordinate construction schedules using Primavera P6 and other project management software to meet deadlines and budget targets Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction drawings to guide team activities and ensure accuracy Monitor construction safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and federal safety regulations; conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety standards Oversee quality control processes, ensuring work meets industry standards and project requirements Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Maintain detailed records of project progress, change orders, contracts, and daily reports using ProCore, Prolog, or similar construction management tools Requirements Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong understanding of heavy civil or commercial projects Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment; excellent supervisory and communication skills Proficiency with construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, HeavyBid or equivalent tools Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, blueprint reading, project scheduling, and technical drawing review Familiarity with OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations; experience conducting safety audits on-site Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and coordinate construction schedules accordingly Hands-on experience with construction site safety management tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing when necessary Valid management credentials in construction management or related fields preferred; relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-hour or equivalent are highly desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership transforms visions into reality. $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
