Job Description

Commercial Construction Project Manager A nationally recognized developer-builder is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to oversee complex, ground-up construction projects. Projects typically range from $50M-$100M+, spanning commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. This is a confidential opportunity with immediate hiring potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners Monitor field operations to ensure quality, safety, and productivity Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain project momentum Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders Support team members and contribute to a high-performance project culture
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management Proven track record with ground-up commercial, industrial, or wastewater projects Solid understanding of construction methods, project sequencing, and field coordination Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and client-facing abilities Proficient with construction management tools and software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (but not required)
