Job Summary:
The available position's duties will consist of getting the office and production up and running; You will be pulling permits, dispatching subs, answering customers calls and booking appointments, providing customer service, keeping track of our technicians and sub-contractors, dispatching jobs according to its Geography and type of service, completing general administrative duties such as chatting with customer, texting, filing, copying, writing letters, replying to e-mails and sending estimates/proposals to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
You need to have at least proven 5 years' experience working for a construction company doing similar job. You need to know the process of pulling permits and calling for inspections. Able to manage and operate sub-contractors. Basic experience with quick books.
Qualifications:
Quick learner Managing skills Experience in the construction Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Flexible schedule and able to work some weekends and after hours Available to answer phone after working hours Proficient skills operating a computer Data entry skills Familiar with South Florida.
