Overview Join our dynamic construction management team as a Field Supervisor, where you will lead and oversee on-site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Duties Supervise daily construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards. Manage and coordinate crew members to optimize workflow and productivity. Review Operator tickets, tool specifications for projects, and blueprints to verify accuracy and facilitate smooth execution. Conduct regular site inspections for quality control, safety compliance (including OSHA standards), and environmental considerations. Interpret technical drawings and schedules to troubleshoot issues promptly and keep projects on track. Coordinate construction schedules with project manager/estimator to meet deadlines efficiently. Lead team meetings to communicate project updates, safety protocols, and operational goals clearly and confidently. Ensure all work complies with federal construction safety regulations and company policies for construction site safety management. Experience Proven experience supervising construction sites Demonstrated ability managing teams in a fast-paced construction environment with excellent crew management skills. Extensive knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety requirements. Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, project scheduling, and quality control processes. Hands-on experience with construction safety management practices on commercial sites. Effective managerial communication skills to lead teams confidently while coordinating with project stakeholders. Familiarity with concrete cutting equipment or other technical equipment relevant to site operations is a plus.
