Strong opportunity for professional growth and advancement within the company Urbitek Group is looking for a reliable, proactive, highly organized, and motivated Assistant Project Manager / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Our office operates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment , so we are looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, can handle multiple responsibilities at the same time, and is comfortable working under pressure while remaining organized and professional. This position will provide direct support to our Project Management team and will involve administrative duties, project coordination, document organization, communication, follow-ups, and day-to-day problem solving. Previous construction experience is a strong plus, but it is not required . We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, proactive, organized, comfortable with technology, and eager to learn and grow within the company. Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with daily administrative and project-related tasks
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Organize project documents, files, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Track deadlines, pending items, and follow-ups
- Assist with proposals, change orders, submittals, purchase orders, and other project documentation
- Communicate professionally with team members, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Help coordinate information between office and field teams
- Maintain organized and accurate project records
- Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets, reports, and tracking logs
- Follow up on open items and help ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with problem-solving and changing priorities throughout the day
- Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed
- Learn and assist with construction project management processes and software Qualifications
- Previous administrative, office assistant, or project coordination experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage changing priorities
- Proactive personality and willingness to take initiative
- Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple assignments at the same time
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and general office software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as the company grows
- Previous construction experience is a strong plus Education Preferred candidates should meet at least one of the following:
- Currently pursuing an Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- Have already completed an Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- Equivalent relevant professional experience may also be considered Language Skills
- English required
- Spanish preferred

Compensation:
