Owner's Representative / Project Manager Orlando, FL | Full-Time About the Role We're seeking an Owner's Representative to act as our advocate and primary point of contact across a portfolio of [multifamily / hospitality / commercial] development and renovation projects in Central Florida. You'll manage projects from planning through closeout, protecting the owner's budget, schedule, and quality standards. Responsibilities Represent ownership in meetings with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost tracking; review pay applications and change orders Oversee procurement, bidding, and contractor selection Review design and construction documents for errors, omissions, and constructability Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and code and contract compliance Deliver regular progress and financial reports to leadership Manage multiple concurrent projects, including ground-up, renovation, and TI work Lead closeout: punch lists, warranties, and turnover Qualifications Up to 7 years of project management experience in commercial or multifamily construction, on the owner, GC, or CM side Experience managing projects up to $50M in value Strong knowledge of contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and change order management Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred PMP, LEED, or similar certification a plus; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
