Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Enrichment and Club Coordinator is responsible for overseeing enrichment programming across two school campuses, including supervision of Site Supervisors, coordination of student clubs, and management of summer camp operations. This role requires a highly organized, motivated professional with strong leadership skills and expertise in program planning and implementation for early childhood and elementary-aged students. The Coordinator will split time between both campuses to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of all programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support two Site Supervisors across separate school campuses Travel between campuses regularly to provide on-site leadership and program oversight Plan, organize, and implement enrichment programs and student clubs Oversee the development, scheduling, and execution of seasonal and year-round clubs Lead the planning and implementation of summer camp programming, including curriculum development, staffing coordination, and daily operations Ensure all programs meet organizational standards, safety regulations, and licensing requirements Maintain clear communication with staff, families, and school administration Monitor program effectiveness and make improvements as needed Manage schedules, supplies, and program logistics efficiently Maintain accurate records and reports
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 45 DCF (Department of Children and Families) training hours required Director's Credential or ability to obtain within the first year of employment Demonstrated experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged students Proven leadership and team management experience Strong organizational and time management skills Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, multi-site environment
Work Environment & Expectations:
• Position requires regular travel between two school campuses May require occasional evening or extended hours for events, clubs, or summer programming Must be able to lead both independently and collaboratively Must align with a mission-specific healthy school to grow and develop exciting clubs for children.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive salary based on experience starting at $40,000 annually Benefits package All OCS, Inc. employees must have a Level II background screening in accordance with the "Jessica Lundsford Act", and any applicable laws. Florida law requires a screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
