The Opportunity We are hiring a Multifamily Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on an apartment project in the West Florida market as we build out our multifamily presence along the Gulf Coast. You will be on site every day running electrical installations from ground up through trim-out — managing crews, coordinating with the general contractor, driving the schedule, and holding the quality standard. Company leadership and preconstruction are actively engaged and will support you throughout. Key Responsibilities Oversee all electrical installations on multifamily apartment projects from underground through trim-out and final inspection Manage, schedule, and direct field crews (foremen, journeymen, and apprentices) on a daily basis Coordinate directly with the general contractor superintendent on scheduling, sequencing, RFIs, and site logistics Maintain project schedule and proactively flag any risks to timeline or budget Ensure all work is installed to code, per plans and specs, and passes inspections the first time Coordinate material deliveries, staging, and site inventory with company purchasing Conduct daily and weekly crew meetings; maintain a safe, organized job site at all times Review drawings, specs, and submittals; communicate field conditions and changes to project leadership Manage and document daily job site activity including crew counts, progress, and any incidents Participate in owner/GC project meetings and represent the electrical scope professionally Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 5 years of electrical field experience with at least 2 years as a superintendent or lead foreman on multifamily residential projects (garden-style, mid-rise, or similar) Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate crews of 10+ across multiple phases of construction simultaneously Strong working knowledge of the NEC and Florida-specific code requirements for multifamily construction Ability to read and interpret full construction drawing sets (architectural, electrical, mechanical) and specifications Experience coordinating directly with general contractors in a fast-paced production environment Familiarity with fire alarm rough-in requirements and coordination with FA subcontractors Excellent organizational and communication skills — written and verbal Self-directed and accountable; able to run a job site without daily oversight Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Florida Journeyman or Master Electrician license a strong plus Must be based in the West Florida / Gulf Coast area What We Offer Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus tied to project execution Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Company truck and fuel card
