Project Superintendent Leadership & Strategy Set performance goals and deadlines with crew leader(s) Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback Mentor and coach crew members to transfer knowledge, strengthen skills, and build crews' capacity Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement Manage and ensure crews' progress to meet deadlines Plan construction processes Keep track of material stock and orders Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly Facilitate Week-Ahead Meetings Financial Management & Risk Assessment Manage project budgets Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget Culture & Talent Development Collaborate with project engineers, project managers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful attitude in all interactions to foster a productive and collaborative work environment External Relations & Representation Coordinate with stakeholders and clients to understand the scope of the project Plan inspections as required Compliance & Day-to-Day Operations

• Identify risks, raise issues and make sure any issues and change orders are reported Monitor onsite safety and OSHA requirements Implement safety and quality guidelines Address and resolve on-site issues and emergencies Willingness to travel to construction sites Other duties as assigned Monitoring & Review Review foreman/crew leaders' daily reports Approve crew members' time Submit daily project reports to Project Manager and/or

Project Engineer Requirements/Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in marine construction, with at least 3+ years as superintendent Knowledge of marine construction methods and materials Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with project management software and tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment OSHA 30 is required Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred, not required)

Salary/Benefits:
