Type:
full-time We're seeking a Reconstruction Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects while driving the growth of a high-performing division for one of our clients. This leadership role offers full operational ownership, including team development, project execution, client relationships, and P&L management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and trade teams
- Oversee project delivery from scope through completion
- Manage division profitability, job costs, and operational performance
- Build relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and adjusters
- Implement scalable processes to support continued growth
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of construction or restoration leadership experience
- Proven P&L ownership and operational management success
- Strong knowledge of construction trades, project management, and Xactimate
- Insurance restoration experience preferred; commercial construction leaders encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated ability to build teams and drive results #EOE
