Plumbing Construction Coordinator / Assistant Five Star Plumbing of SW FL, Inc is a very busy plumbing company seeking an experienced construction plumbing scheduler with extensive dispatching and scheduling experience in the construction field.

KNOWLEDGE OF PLUMBING TRADE

Primary job is to ensure plumbing crews, materials, inspections, and permits align perfectly with overall construction timelines. Material Alignment, Documentation, Permitting & Inspections, Daily Scheduling, Site Readiness, Workforce forecasting, Productivity tracking, phase mapping (underground, rough in, trim/finish.

Ideal Candidate:

Clean driving record. Strives for excellence with meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrates excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. Works well with customers, colleagues, and vendors. Is willing to participate in a mandatory on-call rotation schedule including some weekends and holidays.
