Superintendent - Luxury Custom Homes We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the construction of high-end custom homes valued at $6M+ The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of ground-up luxury residential experience and a proven track record managing complex custom home projects from start to finish. Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor coordination Drive schedule, quality, and safety on-site Manage inspections, construction sequencing, and project milestones Coordinate closely with Project Managers, architects, and ownership teams Requirements 8+ years as a Superintendent in custom home construction Experience delivering luxury homes valued at $6M+ Strong knowledge of scheduling, field operations, and high-end finishes Ability to read plans and lead projects through completion Competitive compensation, vehicle allowance, bonus potential, and long-term growth opportunity available.
