About the Position KeyStaff, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Roofing Superintendent for a great opportunity with an established roofing company in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional roofing experience and a strong understanding of all aspects of roofing operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to company and industry standards. . Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate roofing crews and subcontractors on active projects. Oversee roofing projects from initial preparation through completion. Ensure projects are completed according to specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Inspect completed and ongoing work to ensure proper installation and workmanship. Understand and oversee various roofing systems, materials, and installation methods. Coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, and job-site logistics. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management. Identify and resolve job-site issues, delays, and construction concerns. Ensure crews follow proper safety procedures and OSHA/company safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site. Communicate professionally with customers, property owners, vendors, inspectors, and other project personnel. Assist with estimating, measurements, material requirements, and project planning when needed. Review plans, specifications, and roofing requirements. Help ensure projects remain within established budgets and timelines. Train, direct, and hold roofing crews accountable for quality and productivity. Document project progress, job-site conditions, and completed work. Perform other duties associated with roofing project supervision as needed. .

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years of professional roofing experience. Strong knowledge of all aspects of roofing, including installation, repair, replacement, maintenance, materials, and construction practices. Previous experience supervising roofing crews or roofing projects. Strong understanding of roofing materials, systems, tools, and equipment. Ability to read and understand project plans, specifications, and work orders. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Must have an active and valid driver's license. Must be able to successfully complete a background check. Must be able to successfully pass a drug screening. Must be able to provide three (3) verifiable professional references. .

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience managing residential, commercial, or multi-family roofing projects. Experience with multiple roofing systems and installation methods. Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors. Knowledge of applicable roofing codes, regulations, and safety standards. Experience with project documentation, scheduling, and quality control. Proven ability to lead crews and maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship. .
