Controls the time, cost and quality of projects. Plans and coordinates all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors. Often works with construction superintendent.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through completion Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, and client relationships Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams Review plans, identify potential issues, and manage project changes Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgetQualifications:
5+ years of commercial construction project management experience Experience with light industrial, tilt-wall, big-box, or similar projects Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project financials Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Procore or similar construction software experience preferredCompensation:
