Job Description

Commercial Project Manager A well-established construction company is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse range of commercial construction projects, including light industrial, tilt-wall, big-box, and other commercial developments .
Responsibilities:
Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through completion Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, and client relationships Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams Review plans, identify potential issues, and manage project changes Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Qualifications:
5+ years of commercial construction project management experience Experience with light industrial, tilt-wall, big-box, or similar projects Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project financials Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Procore or similar construction software experience preferred
