Job Description
We're looking for an experienced, reliable, and highly organized Construction Site Superintendent to oversee daily operations for active construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The Site Superintendent will manage on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, uphold safety standards, and ensure projects progress according to plan. You'll be the primary on-site leader, responsible for keeping the job running smoothly and representing the company with professionalism. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and project timelines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Conduct daily walkthroughs and quality checks Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and vendors Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on schedule Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Document progress, site conditions, and any changes or delays Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or similar construction leadership role Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks at once Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Preferred Skills Experience with residential or commercial sitework Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and local regulatory requirements Proficiency with project management or construction software What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent, year-round work Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement If you're a motivated leader who takes pride in delivering quality work and keeping projects running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
