seeks Construction Site Supervisor to Implement the project plan provided by the project manager and review project blueprints, scope documents, and technical specifications; supervise construction laborers and helpers at worksites by assigning daily tasks, monitoring work progress, and confirming completion of assigned site activities; coordinate with subcontractor crews performing general renovation trades, including demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, paint and texture, and finish work, to keep each project on schedule and within scope; assign daily work to construction laborers and subcontractor crews based on project phase, available materials, and labor needs; maintain on-site material inventory and place orders or requests for materials and supplies as needed; conduct pre-completion inspections at critical project phases and obtain stakeholder approvals as required; monitor workmanship quality, identify items requiring rework, and direct laborers or subcontractors to correct deficiencies; enforce compliance with applicable local building codes and OSHA construction safety standards and conduct or participate in weekly safety meetings; provide daily progress reports to the project manager..
Req:
High School/GED & 2 years of Construction proj. coord. or renovation field ops., incl. subcontractor coord., worksite supervision, tech. spec. review, safety compliance, and schedule/budget monitoring, Valid driver's license required and Forklift Operator Certificate and Aerial Lift Operator Certificate.
