Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent/Foreman to lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Duties Supervise daily construction activities on-site, managing crews and subcontractors to meet project timelines and quality standards Review blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts to interpret project requirements accurately Enforce OSHA and federal construction safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions Oversee quality control processes, ensuring adherence to specifications and industry standards Collaborate with project managers on scheduling, change orders, and resolving on-site issues promptly Experience Proven track record managing heavy civil or commercial construction projects with supervision experience in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of construction regulations, safety protocols (OSHA), blueprint reading, and technical drawing interpretation Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, and lead safety initiatives Familiarity with pipeline projects or heavy infrastructure work is a plus Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts efficiently Have experience with interior trim work /carpentry Must speak some spanish Be able to use a forklift
