33544 Participates in direct patient care across geriatric, adult, adolescent, and pediatric populations, analyzing and interpreting patient-specific information to assess and reassess individual nursing care plans. Demonstrates critical thinking skills when interpreting changes in patients' immediate post-operative conditions. Communicates patient information to all appropriate caregivers to ensure effective continuum of care. Manages and interprets all patient monitoring devices in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) environment competently. Provides accurate, timely documentation, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver competent, effective, cost-efficient patient care.

Qualifications:

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Minimum Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing upon hire Minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse in a PACU or critical care setting upon hire Active Florida RN or APRN license required upon hire. Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or RQI upon hire.
