Lead Installer & Field Coordinator

Lead Installer / Field Operations Job Summary Instatech Industries is looking for a hands-on leader to help run and grow our installation division as we continue building one of South Florida's fastest-growing architectural aluminum companies. We are specifically looking for someone with strong real-world experience in one or more of the following: Aluminum fabrication Architectural metal installation Railings, gates, louvers, screens, pergolas, or similar systems High-end carpentry or quality hands-on building trades This is not a "sit in the truck and supervise" type role. We want someone who has come up through the trades. Someone who understands construction sites, installation sequencing, field problem-solving, quality control, and how to lead crews properly. Someone who can walk onto a project with confidence, earn respect from installers, supers, and PMs — and still bring energy, urgency, and ambition every day. You need to be the type of person who is prepared to get your hands dirty when needed. There will be hard days, long days, and fast-moving projects. Some days you'll be coordinating crews and solving problems — other days you'll be unloading material, helping complete an install, or figuring out how to get a difficult project over the line. That's the culture here. Even the owners of the company still jump onsite and get hands-on when needed. We believe good leadership starts with being willing to roll your sleeves up and help the team get the job done. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Leading and coordinating installation crews across multiple projects Managing day-to-day field operations for railing, gate, screen, and architectural aluminum installations Reviewing drawings and site conditions before installation Coordinating manpower, equipment, deliveries, and schedules Solving onsite issues quickly and professionally Maintaining quality control and installation standards Working closely with shop fabrication, project management, and leadership teams Helping build systems, processes, and culture as the company grows Training and mentoring installers and future crew leaders Representing Instatech professionally with GCs, supers, inspectors, and clients Jumping in hands-on when required to help keep projects moving

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR / REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Strong hands-on construction background and/or significant experience in aluminum railing installation or architectural metal systems Experience leading crews onsite Ability to read plans, shop drawings, and layout details Strong understanding of installation sequencing and jobsite coordination Comfortable working in fast-paced construction environments

Pay:
