Manage and grow relationships with an existing client pool. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions. The Successful Applicant A successful Business Development Manager should have: Experience with business development or sales in the construction or property industry. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in market research and analysis. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
